Mr. Roscoe Britton has served as an executive director of No Limits since 2014. Originally hailing from Baltimore, MD, Mr. Britton joined the US Air Force and was stationed in Anchorage. He previously worked with Deacon Lee and Ms. Suzan Hathaway in Anchorage to devise the reentry services agency, New Life Development.  Within No Limits, Mr. Britton provides peer mentorship services, case management, and advocacy. Mr. Britton also serves on the Fairbanks Diversity Council, the Fairbanks Housing and Homeless Coalition, and the Fairbanks Reentry Coalition. In the summer, Mr. Britton serves as an umpire for the Fairbanks Community Softball League.
