Kelvin Lee
President
Deacon Kelvin Lee has served as the president of No Limits since its inception in 2014. Prior to No Limits, Deacon Lee identified a need for reentering individuals to obtain clothing for job interviews, and he started providing suits to recently released inmates in Anchorage. These humble beginnings led to the creation of New Life Development, a reentry program in Anchorage, which provided the framework for the work that No Limits is currently doing. With the help of Mr. Roscoe Britton and Ms. Suzan Hathaway, Deacon Lee started No Limits, Fairbanks's first reentry program. Deacon Lee is also a certified drug counselor, serves on the Fairbanks Diversity Council, and is the director of the JP Jones Community Center.
